At mobilexccessories, customer satisfaction is our priority. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed immediately.

Refunds are issued based on the original payment method used at checkout.
If you paid using a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
The exact time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:
