You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
The item must be returned unused, in original condition, and repacked with all original accessories and documentation included in the order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
- We sent the wrong item, or
- The product is defective or faulty.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return with mobilexccessories:

Go to your most recent order.
Select the item you want to return and click the Return Request option.
Choose the reason for return and submit the request.

Once your request is received, our customer support team will review it and provide return authorization and return address details via email.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is in stock, we will dispatch the replacement on the same day we receive the returned product.
